Riipen is an experiential learning platform, aiming to help students gain work-integrated learning opportunities. Ultimately, we hope to eliminate unemployment and underemployment for all learners. We do this by empowering individual educators and departments to launch and manage experiential learning initiatives either within or outside of courses.
Course: As an educator, you initiate this by posting an experiential learning activity that is completed by students for a credit or as coursework. We help you find employers interested in the assignment and connect them with you to complete a project in collaboration with your students. You can also invite employers in your network and manage the projects through our platform.
Internship program: Riipen can help to facilitate individual or group internship programs or placements for students. Just like a course, this starts with an educator posting a course describing the types of internship opportunities they are looking for.
