When you start a project on Riipen, a message thread is launched between you (or your team) and the employer. If you're completing a project as part of a course, the educator will be included by default.

You can access your messages through the Message icon at the top of your screen at any time. If you're offline when you receive a message, you'll be notified by email.

Within Messages, you can send a meeting invitation, launch a video call with up to 6 participants, share files, and ask questions. If the employer proposes another communication channel (eg. email), you are always welcome to move communication to another channel.
