Once the Educator approves your submission, your project is officially matched with their course. Congrats, you're nearly ready to start working with students!

Best Practices to prepare for kickoff

This is a good time to make sure your Project page is complete and up to date. You can add Resources, images or a video if needed. If another contact from your organization will help support the initiative, you can add other users under the Admins tab.

When the course begins, the student teams assigned to you by the educator will reach out to you with an introductory message either via Message Center on the platform or via email depending on the instructor's choice. If there is a message on the platform, you'll also receive an email notification. Reply to the students and set up a time to have your first meeting with them.
