To find a match, you will first need to create a project so that educators on Riipen know what you are looking for. There are 2 ways to create a project: apply directly to a course/internship program, or publish a project to the marketplace for educators to browse.

Applying directly to a course or internship program

After signing up as an employer, you can browse open courses/internship programs by clicking explore. Click the submit project button when you find something you are interested in and you meet the requirements for.

After clicking submit project, you will be prompted to create a new project from scratch or select from your existing projects to apply with. You can also select a template to work from. You will need to provide information about what you want students to work on, and a little background on your business.

The educator will be notified and should reach out to you within 3 weeks to make sure the project is a good fit. They may ask you to make changes to the project scope before accepting or declining your submission.

Publishing your project on the marketplace

After signing up as an employer on Riipen, you can create a project by clicking the create project button on your dashboard.

Your project will be published to the marketplace. Educators can now browse your project and submit requests to have their students work on your project. Keep an eye out for requests in your notifications center. You will also get an email letting you know when you have a request.

Once you have created a project, you can also use it to apply to courses in the marketplace.
