While school portals are used for schools to house their members and create assignments, a subportal is used for faculties and student clubs within a school.

Subportals are able to have their own members and create courses just like a school portal. Educators who have admin status on their Riipen school portal will be able to create a subportal by clicking on the subportal button in the school’s dashboard.

  • Faculties and student clubs house courses in their own branded portal while being associated with their greater institution.

  • Educators can track engagement through subportal specific reports on the number of students signed up, number of courses posted, and average class sizes.
