Employers are asked to provide feedback to students. At the end of a project, students submit a final deliverable to the employer. At this point, the employer is asked to assess the students' work. Their feedback includes:
A public feedback comment.
An overall rating out of 5 stars.
They can optionally add:
A private feedback comment for the team.
A rating out of 5 stars on the team's communication, creativity, professionalism, and critical thinking.
If an employer does not complete feedback within 7 days, they will get a reminder via email. Feedback can be provided at any time after the team's deliverable is submitted.
Students also have the opportunity to rate the employer. This option becomes available when they finish the project. Student feedback includes:
A public feedback comment.
An overall rating out of 5 stars.
They can optionally add:
A private feedback comment for the company.
A rating out of 5 stars on the company's professionalism, preparedness, responsiveness, and communication.
