Feedback overview

At the end of a project, learners submit a final deliverable to the employer. At this point, the employer is asked to assess the team's work by providing feedback. In return, the team must provide feedback to the company. This feedback includes:

  • A public feedback comment.

  • An overall rating out of 5 stars.

  • A private feedback comment for the company (optional).

  • A rating out of 5 stars on the company's professionalism, preparedness, responsiveness, and communication (optional).

How to provide feedback

Provide feedback by clicking the ‘Give feedback’ button on the team page under the 'Feedback tab':

You'll also receive an email reminder to give feedback when your team has completed the final submission.

Feedback rules

All users will have 10 days to issue feedback after project completion. You will not be able to view the feedback you received until you provide feedback.

You will be alerted by email and notification when you have received feedback. You can edit the feedback you have given within 10 days of project completion if the other party has not provided feedback to you yet.

You can view the feedback given to a user on their profile, under the feedback tab. Check out our feedback policy for more information on what feedback should and should not include. If you have received feedback you disagree with you can click the 'Respond' button under your feedback to publicly respond.

Please report the any inappropriate feedback by selecting 'Report this content' under the feedback you received. Riipen will review this content and take action as required.
