After learners complete a project and provide feedback to the employer, they will be prompted to complete a self-reflection.

Completing self-reflections can improve learning outcomes. It helps learners cement what they learned by reflecting on it and comparing their knowledge before and after a learning experience. It also helps educators and Riipen identify if the projects have been effective in facilitating learner growth.

The responses learners provide will be used by Riipen as feedback for how we can improve our platform and the overall experience for learners. The responses will also be used by educators to determine how their experience can be improved for future learners.
