Employers are able to set custom screening questions on a project that will be asked to educators who submit match requests to the project. These questions and requirements help employers and educators agree on details about the experience, such as, mandatory meetings, NDA requirements, resources the employer needs to run the project, or any other criteria the employer is looking for.

  • Editing and deleting custom questions

Creating custom questions

To create custom questions:

  1. Navigate to the project

  2. Click the "Settings" tab

  3. Click the "Match requests" tab in the "Matchmaking" group

  4. Scroll down to the "Match request questions" section. Add any number of questions by selecting the question type (question types include: checkbox, document, short text, long text, number, multiple choice, linear scale, and date) and filling in the details.

Note: you will also see the option to add custom match request questions when creating a project in project wizard.

  5. Ensure that the "Enable match requests question set" checkbox is checked.

  6. Click "Submit" to save your changes.

When an educator submits a match request to your project, they will be prompted to answer the questions you have now set.

Disabling custom questions

If you would like to keep your questions saved but no longer require educators to answer them as part of the match request process, you can disable them by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the project

  2. Click the "Settings" tab

  3. Click the "Match requests" tab in the "Matchmaking" group

  4. Uncheck "Enable match requests question set"

  5. Click "Submit" to save your changes.

Editing and deleting custom questions

You can edit existing questions, add new ones, or delete existing ones at any time by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the project

  2. Click the "Settings" tab

  3. Click the "Match requests" tab in the "Matchmaking" group

  4. Make any changes you wish to the questions

  5. Click "Submit" to save your changes

If you delete a question, any existing match requests which had previously answered it will still have their answers retained and viewable on the match request.
