Experiences are created by educators and define the scope and parameters of an experiential learning activity such as topics, timelines, learner abilities, learning objectives, and more.
Experiences are posted to Riipen’s marketplace where employers can view and submit match requests with their projects to the experience while educators can also browse all available projects and submit match requests directly to a project.
Once both parties accept a match request, a match is formed and learners can be brought into the experience to complete a project. An experience acts as a hub for all matched projects and the learners completing them where all activity can be completed by learners and tracked and monitored by educators and employers.
After creating an experience, you will see the information you added and additional configuration and managerial tabs that will help you host your experience.
"Details" - includes information about your learners, company preferences, categories, timeline, and project examples.
"Matches" - projects matched with this experience.
"Requests" - match requests for this experience both pending and historical.
"Learners" - where you can invite learners to your experience and manage them.
"Members" - invite other colleagues to manage the experience with you.
"Settings" - where you can change your experience settings and customize it.
