How to successfully get started and ensure successful completion of the project.

Updated over 9 months ago

Once a participant team has been matched with a Beyond the Cloud employer project, they will see a team page on the Riipen platform. The team will be able to access this from their dashboard. The team will need to click on the “Start Project” button when the project is ready to start.

Employers and participants are encouraged to use the messaging function on Riipen to communicate throughout the project. If you would like to use any other communication tools, those should be shared in the conversation as soon as possible. Once the 40-hour project has been completed, participants will need to submit their final submission on the Riipen platform.

Final submissions may include multiple files. This could include files of the work, a detailed timesheet, or a comprehensive written summary of the work completed. Once the submission has been made, the exit survey will be sent to each participant on the Riipen platform.

Participants: You must upload your team’s final submission and complete the individual exit survey in order to complete the Beyond the Cloud Program and receive your certificate.

Employers: You will be prompted to complete an exit survey, and provide feedback directly on Riipen. You will be able to provide feedback on the participant's team page (right under their final submission). Kindly confirm completion and approval of the participant’s final deliverables. By providing feedback on the Riipen platform, you provide the participant team with valuable insights to take forward in their tech career. Completing the exit survey provides us with essential data to showcase the program’s impact.
