Confirm and Complete your LMU Student Project

How to successfully start collaborating and ensure verification upon completion of the project

Updated this week

Once a team has been matched to work on a London Metropolitan University (LMU) Student Project Program project, a team page will be created for participants on the Riipen platform. Participants can access this from their dashboard. Each participant must click on the “Start Project” button when the project is ready to begin and send an introductory message to the employer.

Employers and student teams should use the messaging function on Riipen to communicate throughout the project.

  • Schedule an initial meeting with your employer to confirm expectations and project scope.

  • Check in regularly to ensure the project is on track.

Once the 40-hour project has been completed, each participant will need to submit their final submission on the Riipen platform.

Final submissions may include multiple files. This could include files of the work, a detailed worklog, or a comprehensive written summary of the work completed. Once the submission has been made, the exit survey will be sent to the participant on the Riipen platform.
