By utilizing worklogs, learners can log the time spent on tasks for each project they are working om. This allows educators and employers to track the tasks learners have been working on and the number of hours completed throughout the duration of the project.
Main benefits of having your learners use a worklog:
Help learners organize their time spent on tasks.
Provide transparency into the tasks being worked on, allowing administrators and other team members to see progress in real-time.
Serves as a personal documentation tool for learners, recording completed tasks for future reference during project completion or when pursuing new opportunities.

Best practices
Encourage learners to log time entries as they work on tasks or immediately after completing them to ensure accuracy and avoid forgetting details about the work performed.
Advise learners to select task names that clearly describe the work performed, avoiding vague or ambiguous terms. For example, instead of "Meeting," use "Team kickoff meeting - Project X Planning".
