As an employer, you have the ability to add and manage resources within your projects. This feature allows you to provide essential materials, such as files, URLs, and text resources, to your learners at various stages of the project lifecycle.
Main benefits of resources:
Centralized information: Easily share key materials with learners in one place.
Improved learning: Provide relevant resources to support learners throughout their projects.
Project alignment: Deliver essential resources at key milestones to keep everyone on track.
General
Target audience
Resources created for your project will be accessible to all learners participating in your project.
Display options
When adding resources, you can choose to display them to learners at specific stages. Below are the options available for when these resources can be shown:
Display option | Details |
Display to learners when they submit an application | Provide resources to learners as soon as they submit an application to your project. |
Display to learners when their application is accepted | Provide resources to learners immediately after their application to your project is accepted, helping them prepare for the next steps. |
Display to learners when they start a project
| Provide resources when learners begin your project, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed from the start. |
Display to learners when they complete a project | Provide final resources or wrap-up materials to learners after they complete your project. |
Learners can access all resources added for them at any time by navigating to the project's 'Resources' tab or their team's 'Resources' tab, where they will find a complete list, regardless of the display timing.

Best practices
Tailor your resources to meet the specific needs of learners. Consider what information they need at different stages and customize your resources accordingly.
Ensure each resource has a clear, descriptive title and a concise description that explains its purpose and how it should be used. This helps learners quickly understand the value of the resource.
After significant milestones, like project completion, provide follow-up resources to support learners in their future endeavors, such as job searches or skill development.
