  3. Communication Expectations:
    Employers will discuss and establish clear expectations regarding the frequency and preferred methods of communication with both the educator and learners. This includes defining appropriate channels, response times, and the expected level of engagement with learners throughout the project.

  4. Ongoing Project Communication:
    Employers will provide regular updates to educators, ensuring that any changes to the project timeline, scope, or deliverables are communicated promptly.

  1. Respect for Learner Commitment:
    Employers will honor the dedication learners bring to the project by providing timely responses, clear instructions, and fostering a positive, professional working relationship.

  2. Consistent Communication:
    Employers will maintain regular communication with learners, ensuring timely updates and prompt responses to inquiries. Initial contact will be made within one week of the project start date to clarify responsibilities and expectations.

  3. Constructive Feedback:
    Employers will offer constructive feedback, celebrating learner achievements and providing guidance that helps learners enhance their skills and build their professional portfolios.

  4. Proactive Issue Resolution:
    Employers will promptly address any challenges or concerns raised by learners or educators, providing support and flexibility to ensure a smooth and successful project.
