Experiences can customize the content of email notifications which are sent to its various stakeholders. This can be helpful when needing to provide experience specific details, instructions, or just general context at the time of the notification.
To customize an email notification for an experience:
Navigate to your experience
Click on the "Settings" tab on the experience page
Click on any of the "Notifications" tabs in any of the groups of the available settings.
Each available notification is separated into its respective group in the experience settings, so be sure to check out each group to customize any of the available email notifications.
Now simply add the content you wish to add to a particular notification. Notifications available to customization are:
Match created project email received by company
Team final submission created email received by company
Team final submission created email received by team
Your portal administrators may chose to override any of these custom notifications at the portal level. If they do, any changes you make to these experience level notifications will have no affect.
Now simply click "Submit" to finish customizing and your content will be saved.
