As you engage with companies and projects, those companies will automatically begin to appear in your portal's companies. Your portal comes equipped with all the tools you will need to manage these ongoing relationships while continuing to engage these companies on projects for your learners.

Companies
Whenever a company interacts with your portal by:
Submitting a match request to one of your experiences
Matching one of their projects with an experience
Obtaining a portal pass
that company will be listed inside of your portal's company network. From this listing of companies, you will be able to see all actions they take while engaging inside of your portal such as projects they have posted, experiences they have matched with, subsequent teams of learners that have worked on those projects and more.
Aside from viewing their activity, your company network also allows you to take several actions to continue to engage with the company including:
Proposing projects to them
Direct messaging
Leaving notes
Portal passes
Portal passes are used to grant companies direct access to your portal. This direct access allow them to visit your portal on its custom subdomain, post projects to your portal's private marketplace, and match those projects with your portal's private experiences.
Portal passes are the best tool to build to private network of trust companies whether they are found through Riipen's open marketplace, or brought in from your existing private network. Read more about portal passes with our full guides here.
How to
View company network
To view your portal's network of companies:
Select "Companies" in the main navigation, under the "Portal" group.
Search all companies
To search all companies including those outside of your portal's network of companies:
Select "Companies" in the main navigation, under the "Portal" group.
Click "Search all companies"
View a company
To view a company in your portal's network of companies:
Select "Companies" in the main navigation, under the "Portal" group.
Click on the company you wish to view
Propose a project
To propose a project to a company in your portal's network of companies:
Select "Companies" in the main navigation, under the "Portal" group.
Click on the company you wish to propose a project to
Click the "Propose project" button
Complete the step-by-step process to draft the project and send it to the company

Create a note on a company
To create a note on a company in your portal's network of companies:
Select "Companies" in the main navigation, under the "Portal" group.
Click on the company you wish to propose a project to
Click the "Notes" tab
Click "Add note"
Write your notes and click "Submit" to save
Any notes left on a company will be visible on any match request page which involves one of the company's projects.
