Step-by-Step Guide
Visit our Help Centre to learn about ACE Project Space.
Before starting, please review the program's Participation Agreement to ensure successful participation.
1. If eligible, create an account with Riipen as an Employer with the same email you used in the eligibility form. If you already have an account, sign in.
2. Apply for a portal pass with Red River College.
3. Click on program that your are participation in: ACE Project Space or Game Development and hit “Request Match”.
4. Complete company verification.

5. Once verified, click "Request Match" and create or select a project. Each company must request matches for three projects, which can be phases of the same initiative (e.g., [Project Name] – Phase 1, 2, 3). You can duplicate and rename your initial project to streamline setup. Each project can include up to five students.
You will be asked a series of match request questions as part of the process. These are required to complete the match request.
6. Sign the agreements and accept the match request on your end.
7. Your project will either be approved by us within 5 business days, or you may be asked to make small adjustments.
8. Once approved by our team, your project will be ready for students to join. Students will be assigned to your project the week of June 2nd.
