During the course of working on a project, you may see rubrics your educator has configured for certain deliverables along with scores you receive as you complete them.

The experience your project is part of may be configured to use scoring. If this is enabled, scores are broken down by rubrics. A rubric is a way a particular deliverable will be scored. For example, you team's final submission may have a rubric. The feedback you receive from an employer may have a rubric. When deliverables are created, your team will be assigned a score against the criteria of a rubric.

Rubrics can be configured to have pass / fail style scoring, subjective scoring, or other. Make sure you check out the rubrics that are configured for your experience and your team to fully understand how you will be scored.

Each rubric that is configured for your experience will have a set number of points available to it. This is the maximum score you can receive for a particular deliverable for that rubric.

Your team's total score will be the sum of all your team's individual rubric scores.

Since all deliverables that can be scored as part of a rubric are team deliverables, your team's score is also considered your individual score. All members of your team share the same score.

Before you complete a deliverable that will be scored, you will be able to see the applicable rubric on the submission page.

If you experience is configured to be integrated into a learning management system (LMS), your team's score may automatically be synchronized back to the LMS to be apart of your grade.

Only you and your team members will be able to see your team's score.

Employers cannot see your team's score or any of the associated rubrics.
