Complete surveys during projects with teams.

During the course of a project being worked on by a team of learners, you may be asked to fill in quick surveys along the way. Surveys are used by experiences and portals for many different reasons such as gathering assessments from you on learner and team outcomes, keeping projects on track, and more.

Team timeline

When viewing a team that is working on one of your projects, you will have access to the complete timeline of the team on the "Details" tab. This timeline will include all surveys that you need to fill out.

Depending on how the surveys are configured by the experience or portal administrators, you may be required to fill in the first chronological survey before filling in the next.

Saved progress

If you find that a survey is long and requires most time to complete, you will be able to save your progress at any time while filling in a survey. Once saved, you can then revisit the survey reply and resume filling in your answers before fully submitting the survey.

How To

Respond to a survey

You may complete a survey by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the team from which the survey is issued.

  2. Click on the "Complete survey" button next to the survey.

  3. Fill in your answers.

  4. Click "Submit."

or

  1. Click on the notification you received to complete the survey.

  2. Fill in your answers.

  3. Click "Submit"

Save survey progress

You can save partial progress on any of your survey responses by:

  1. Navigating to the team where the survey is issued.

  2. Clicking the "Complete survey" button next to the survey.

  3. Partially filling in your answers as needed.

  4. Clicking "Save progress."

or

  1. Click on the notification you received to complete the survey

  2. Partially fill in your answers to the survey questions as needed

  3. Click "Save progress."

This action saves your progress on the survey without submitting your response. To fully submit it, you'll need to resume progress and complete all answers as required.

Resume survey progress

You can resume filling out a survey by:

  1. Navigating to the team where the survey is issued.

  2. Clicking on the "Complete survey" button next to the survey.

or

  1. Click on the notification you received to complete the survey

  2. Complete the remaining questions and click submit

View your survey response

You can view any of your survey responses by:

  1. Navigating to the team where the survey is issued.

  2. Click on the "View" button next to the survey

or

  1. Click on the notification you originally received to complete the survey

Update your survey response

Survey responses cannot be updated once submitted.

Delete your survey response

Survey responses cannot be deleted once submitted.
