During the course of working on a project, you may be asked to fill in quick surveys along the way. Surveys are used by experiences and portals for many different reasons such as gathering self-assessments from you, obtaining more information about your background and knowledge, keeping projects on track, and more.
General
Notifications
When surveys are upcoming, due, or overdue, you will receive notifications and reminders to complete the surveys either from in-app or from your usual notification preferences including email. Clicking on these notifications will take you directly to the survey response page where you will be able to fill in and complete the survey.

Timeline
When viewing one of your teams, you will be able to see the entire timeline of the team on the "Details" tab. This timeline will include any of the surveys which you will need to fill out.
Timing
All surveys are administered based on its timing settings, for which there are 3 options:
Before the project starts: if a team is scheduled to start a project on January 1, 2024, and a survey timing is "3 days before project start", you will receive the survey prompt on December 29, 2023.
After the project starts: if a team is scheduled to start a project on January 1, 2024, and end on January 31st, 2024, and a configured survey timing is "50% project completion", you will receive the survey prompt on January 15th, 2024.
After the project ends if a team is scheduled to end a project on January 31, 2024, and a configured survey timing is "1 day after project end", you will receive the survey prompt on February 1st 2024.
Blocking
If your surveys are configured by the experience or portal administrators to be required, you will be blocked from taking actions past when a survey appears in your team's timeline.
Here is a breakdown of the different survey timings and they actions they block when required:

All blocked actions apply only to an individual member of a team and not to the team as a whole. This means that once you as an individual respond to a require survey, you will be able to take the previously blocked action on behalf of the team while the rest of their team members may still have yet to reply to the survey.
Saved progress
If you find that a survey is long and requires most time to complete, you will be able to save your progress at any time while filling in a survey. Once saved, you can then revisit the survey reply and resume filling in your answers before fully submitting the survey.
How To
Respond to a survey
You can submit a response to any of your surveys responses by either:
Navigate to the team page which the survey is issued from
Click on the "Complete survey" button next to the survey
Fill in your answers to the survey questions as needed
Click "Submit"
or
Click on the notification you received to complete the survey
Fill in your answers to the survey questions as needed
Click "Submit"
Save progress of a survey response
You can save any partial progress you've made on a a response to any of your surveys responses by either:
Navigate to the team page which the survey is issued from
Click on the "Complete survey" button next to the survey
Partially fill in your answers to the survey questions as needed
Click "Save progress"
or
Click on the notification you received to complete the survey
Partially fill in your answers to the survey questions as needed
Click "Save progress"
This does not submit your survey response but saves your progress to the survey. You will need to resume progress on the survey and complete answers to all questions as needed in order to fully submit it.
Resume progress of a survey response
You can resume any partial progress you've made on a a response to any of your surveys responses by either:
Navigate to the team page which the survey is issued from
Click on the "Complete survey" button next to the survey
or
Click on the notification you received to complete the survey
The survey will have your previously saved answers it in and you will be able to now finish filling in the remaining answers as needed.
View your survey response
You can view any of your survey responses by either:
Navigate to the team page which the survey was issued from
Click on the "View" button next to the survey
or
Click on the notification you originally received to complete the survey
Update your survey response
Survey responses cannot be updated once submitted.
Delete your survey response
Survey responses cannot be deleted once submitted.
