Visit our Help Centre to learn about AKITO & Riipen: Building Tomorrow's Workforce.

Before starting, please review the program's Participation Agreement to ensure successful participation.

1. If eligible, create an account with Riipen as an Employer with the same email you used in the eligibility form. If you already have an account, sign in.

2. Apply for a portal pass with AKITO & Riipen: Building Tomorrow's Workforce

3. Click on the open experience and hit “Request match”.


4. Complete company verification.

5. Once verified, click "Request match" and create or select a project. Each company can request matches for 3 projects. Each project can have up to 3 learners.

  • You will be asked a series of match request questions as part of the process. These are required to complete the match request.

6. Sign the agreements and accept the match request on your end.

7. Your project will be reviewed within 10 business days. If needed, we may request adjustments. Meanwhile, the Akito team will create a custom assessment with tailored questions for learners. This assessment helps us evaluate compatibility with your project.

8. Learners will be assigned to your project on December 5th, based on assessment results. All projects must begin by December 8th.
