Step-by-Step Guide
Visit our Help Centre to learn about AKITO & Riipen: Building Tomorrow's Workforce.
1. Create an account with Riipen as an Employer with the same email you used in the eligibility form. If you already have an account, sign in.
2. Apply for a portal access with AKITO & Riipen: Building Tomorrow's Workforce
3. Click on the open experience and hit “Request match”.
5. Once verified, click "Request match" and create or select a project. Each company can request matches for 2 projects. Each project can have up to 4 learners.
You will be asked a series of match request questions as part of the process. These are required to complete the match request.
7. Your project will be reviewed within 10 business days. If needed, we may request adjustments. Meanwhile, the Akito team will create a custom assessment with tailored questions for learners. This assessment helps us evaluate compatibility with your project.
8. Learners will complete assessments for the projects they wish to join. AKITO will evaluate and assign learners to teams for each project.
9. Learners will be assigned to your project on July 6th, based on assessment results. All projects must begin by July 13th.
