Riipen's model of project-based experiential learning can work for any class size, and we will work with educators to help facilitate this. We have worked with class sizes of up to 1500 learners.

In large classes, it likely will not be feasible for every learner team to work with their own company. We usually recommend that for large classes, many teams should work on a single project. To keep things manageable for the company, communication goes through the educator, or a lead contact selected from the learners. The company will often introduce the project to learners through an initial video-conference.

Learners can select the top projects amongst their peers to submit to the company, so that a limited number of teams can still receive direct feedback from the employer.
