Project templates are the best way to get your companies and employers off on the right foot as they start to create projects within your portal.

Private templates
Any project templates you create for your portal are only shown to companies who are working inside your portal. When these companies go to create a new project or just generally want to browse / view templates available to them, they will see any of the templates you have created.
Default templates
If you do not want to create any project templates yourself, but still want to allow companies and employers to browse a library of pre-made templates, your portal will come supplied with a list of default templates already available to you which have been carefully created and maintained by Riipen.
You can disable Riipen's pre-made templates at any time if you wish to only have your own project templates displayed to companies.
How to
View all project templates
To view all project templates created for your portal:
Click "Project templates" in your main navigation menu
View a project template
To view a project template created for your portal:
Click "Project templates" in your main navigation menu
Click the project template you want to view
Create a project template
To create a new project template for your portal:
Click "Project templates" in your main navigation menu
Click "Create project template"
Fill in the project templates details
Click "Submit"
Edit a project template
To edit a project template created for your portal:
Click "Project templates" in your main navigation menu
Click the project template you want to edit
Click the pencil icon
Edit the details of the project template
Click "Submit"
Changing a project template will not affect any previously create projects which used the template.
Delete a project template
To delete a project template created for your portal:
Click "Project templates" in your main navigation menu
Click the project template you want to edit
Click the trash icon
Enable / disable default project templates
To enable or disable the display of default project templates for companies and employers in your portal:
Click "Settings" in your main navigation menu
Click the "Projects templates" tab under the "Companies" group
Check or uncheck "Enable Riipen default project templates"
Click "Submit"
