Within Riipen, you can easily change your phone number, add additional phone numbers, and otherwise manage any phone number associated with your account at any time.
General
Multiple phone numbers
Your account will have a primary phone number associated with it, but you can also choose to add up to 5 secondary phone numbers. Your primary phone number will be used to receive SMS notifications.
Verification
When you add a phone number, a confirmation SMS will be sent to the phone number you provide. You must enter the verification code included in the SMS to confirm the phone number.
Only verified primary phone numbers will receive notification text messages, provided you have opted in to SMS notifications.
How to
Add a new phone number
Click on your user avatar in the top navigation bar and select "Settings"
Click the "Phone Numbers" tab in the "General" group
Click the "New" button.
Change your primary number
Click on your user avatar in the top navigation bar and select "Settings"
Click the "Phone Numbers" tab in the "General" group
Click the "Edit" icon next to the phone number
Check the "Set as primary" checkbox and click "Save."
Verify your phone number
Click on your user avatar in the top navigation bar and select "Settings."
Navigate to the "Phone Numbers" tab under the "General" group.
Click the "Verify" icon next to the phone number.
Click "Re-send verification code" if needed.
Enter the verification code and click "Verify"
Delete a phone number
Click on your user avatar in the top navigation bar and select "Settings."
Navigate to the "Phone Numbers" tab under the "General" group.
Click the "Delete" icon next to the phone number.
You cannot delete your primary phone number. If you want to remove it, you must first set another phone number as the primary.
