The TalentED YYC program is an exclusive program for invited business Mount Royal University Business Students.

1. Mount Royal University Business Students are to choose teams of up to four to apply to employer projects.

2. Each student will receive an email inviting you to set up your Riipen account and join the TalentED YYC portal. Hit “Accept invite”, complete the fields and click ‘’Create account”.

3. Once in the TalentED YYC portal, you will be able to view the Mount Royal University - ENTR 4433 Business Plan Development (September 2024) experience.

4. You can click on your user icon in the top right corner of the screen, click on your username, and hit “edit profile” to make yourself stand out to employers. You can further personalize your profile by including a photo, your bio, and uploading your resume. This will be shared with employers when you are applying for projects.

5. Once your profile is set up, select the September 2024 experience. Carefully read and sign the program agreements.

6. Once you have signed the agreements you will have unlocked the projects! Projects are viewable on the experience page.

7. Scroll down to view the projects.

10. To apply for a project, click on its title, review its content to ensure it is a match for you, and hit the apply button in the top right corner of the page.

11. Choose a team name for yourself and remember to add your teammates’ emails in the application under “Invite emails”.

13. Introduce yourself to the employer, focusing on why you are a good fit for the project and submit your application.

14. 🎉 Your application has been submitted successfully! 🎉

15. You can monitor the status of your applications from your dashboard. If your application is accepted, you will be notified.
