What to do if you're not getting emails from Riipen

If you are not receiving email notifications, check your email’s spam folder for emails from team@riipen.com. If you find any, make sure to indicate that these emails are not spam by moving them to your inbox. If your email client allows, you may be able to allowlist team@riipen.com as a sender, or create a custom filter rule to ensure team@riipen.com emails are always sent to your inbox.

If you do not find anything in your spam folder, check your notification settings:

  1. Click on your user avatar in the top navigation bar and select "Settings"

  2. Navigate to "Notifications" under the "General" group.

  3. Review your email sending preferences to make sure the relevant notifications are turned on.

If that still does not fix the issue, make sure to check your account's email address is the one you expect by:

  1. Click on your user avatar in the top navigation bar and select "Settings"

  2. Navigate to "Emails" under the "Security" group.

  3. Review your email address(es) to ensure the proper one is set.
