Using Riipen’s worklog, learners can log time spent on tasks for each project they are working on. This allows educators and employers to track what the learners have been working on and how many hours have been completed so far.
How to enable or disable the learner worklog
Experience administrators may enable or disable the worklog for all learners in their experience by going to their experience settings.
Please note, learner worklogs are enabled by default on each experience.
Go to the experience you want to enable or disable the learner worklog for.
Click on the experience's Settings tab.
Select the Learners tab under the General section.
Go to the Learner work logs section. Here you will be able to enable or disable the worklog for all learners on the experience.
How to view learner worklogs
Educators and employers can track learner progress by viewing their worklogs on the learners' team page for their project.
Go to the Matches tab of your experience. Select the project that the team you want to view is working on.
On the match page, go to the Teams tab, then select a team.
On the team page, go to the Worklog tab. Here you will be able to view the tasks that have been logged by learners. You'll be able to view the name of user who logged the task, task name, task description, time spent on task, and the date task was completed.
