After publishing a project, the next step is to match it with suitable experiences so that learners may complete it.
Browsing the project marketplaces
Open marketplace
The open experience marketplace shows experiences from all portals on Riipen who are open to working with any company.
The best way to match is to browse through the experience marketplace, searching by keyword and applying relevant filters such as the categories your project relates to, the , and the locations of learners that you prefer.
Portal marketplace
If your company has a portal pass for any portal, you may browse its portal's private marketplace which shows experiences from that portal looking to connect with projects from companies inside their own network.
The same search and filter options are available here but sending requests in the portal marketplace has a higher likelihood of a match because your company is already known by the portal.
Matching to an experience
Once you have found a suitable experience for your project check out this complete and comprehensive guide to sending match requests to an experience.
If you only think your project might be a good fit, you should send a match request anyways. Educators will work with you to define a good project scope for their learners and you can modify your project description to meet their needs during the match request process.
Best practices
Most projects on Riipen will receive one or more match requests from educators within 14 days of posting, but you can often match with experiences quicker by:
Ensuring the project is well written and clearly lays out problems and objectives.
Browsing the marketplace and sending requests regularly. On average, employers who send requests (instead of waiting for a request) find a match 8 days earlier than those who do not!
