At the end of a project, employers are asked to provide feedback about your experience working with the team of learners as well as working with the educator to facilitate the project.
Overview
After a project ends, all users will have 10 days to issue feedback. While you are providing feedback to the teams and learners, they will also provide feedback to you and the project administrators with how it was to work with your during the project. You will not be able to view the feedback you received until you provide feedback. You will be notified when you have received feedback.
You can edit any feedback you have given within 10 days of project completion if the other party has not provided feedback to you yet.
Once feedback is given, it is displayed on the given user's profile.
Check out our feedback policy for more information on what feedback should and should not include. If you have received feedback you disagree with you can click the "Respond" button under your feedback to publicly respond.
Please report the any inappropriate feedback by clicking "Report this content" under the feedback you received. Riipen will review this content and take action as required.
Providing feedback to teams

A private feedback comment for the team (optional)
A rating out of 5 stars on the team's communication, creativity, professionalism, and critical thinking (optional)
Provide feedback by following these steps:
Navigate to the team page of the team you wish to provide feedback to.
Click the "Feedback" tab.
Click the "Team feedback" tab.
Click "Give feedback"
You will be redirect to the feedback form where you can fill in all the feedback as you wish.
Endorsing Learners
While you are providing feedback to the team as a whole, you may wish to provide individual endorsements and feedback to learners within the team. This is great if you really want to highlight any particular member of the team who stood out.
These are the best way to show a learner they really accomplished something so be sure to reward learners with an endorsement if it warranted.
Endorsements include:
A written endorsement
Any skills you believe the learner demonstrated while completing the project
You can create endorsements while filling in the team feedback.
Endorsements will appear on a learner's user profile.
