As an educator, you may be involved with multiple institutions that use Riipen and thus may be a member of many portals. While Riipen supports users being a member of an unlimited number of portals, you can only have one active in your navigation at a time. This active portal is your current "workspace".

Any actions you take within Riipen will be associated within this active portal including creating experiences.

When you switch your active portal, you will be redirected to that portal's subdomain, and what you see throughout Riipen will then be filtered to that selected portal including the content you see in your dashboard and the options in your main navigation.
